    Want to move Ad Package Drop down up in the form and reorder the items in drop down

    can anyone help me with this challenge. I want to move the ad package drop down menu up in the "Submit your listing" form and also i want to reorder the items in that drop down. i am not a coder so i need some help. if anyone has the experience to do this please reach out.
