wanted Classipress expert. Paid work

(when permalink set to CP default "Post name") this cause error with Japanese ad title "The webpage cannot be found".

(when permalink set to WP default, and Global Path Variables set to page id "/?page_id=?") this cause error when editing ad "You have entered an invalid ad id or do not have permission to edit that ad".

I would like to keep (CP default "Post name" permalink), but there must be a way to deal with the Japanese ad title (link).

My server Technical said that I need to use some WordPress plugins in order to access Japanese character posts. Or I need to set unicode in database of the WordPress that you are using.

Anyone can deal with this is welcome.
