Where are all the appthemes support staff ??? Posted my issue over a week ago

OKAY 3RD TIME POSTING, LETS HOPE I CAN GET AN ANSWER FROM ANY OF THE APPTHEMES SUPPORT STAFF.
(IT IS NOT PART OF CUSTOMIZATION, SO I SHOULD RECEIVE SUPPORT)

Please can the support staff assist me, this is urgent.

When someone posts an ad on my site, that costs nothing. Ie. They advertising their fishing shop. So they leave the price blank.
The ad appears as a recently added ad etc. But when clicking on the category where the ad is situated it shows the "count" that its there.
But nothing is there under the category.

Its definately related to the there being no price. As it is only the two shops that don't appear under the categories.

On the ad submission form, i do not have the price field as an option.

Please assist.
