Will pay for customization

Hi i need someone who can help me and wants to earn a little cash,

i want to replace the homepage/top bar search with the "city or zipcode" field from the refine search,

so instead of searching for a ad title in the top search bar a user can search for a City OR a zipcode in the same input field if you see what i mean,

if anyone can do it please let me know
