    New Theme

Hi, on the Classipress website I found some free themes. If I wanted to say use: Dum-Dum wordpress theme...how would I use this with the classipress I purchased?

Tiffany, I'm not sure what you mean by you found some free themes. ClassiPress is a standalone theme and cannot be used with any other themes at the same time. That holds true for any WordPress theme.

    Re: New Theme

ClassiPress is not a plugin but a full stand alone theme.
In order to use the ClassiPress system in another theme it would mean a lot of work to transfer the code around and a lot of restyling of the elements. Not something anyone would be comfortable doing.

How about the child theme solution?
If there was any tutorial where you could integrate an existing theme with classipress?

    This already an old thread.

Anyway, yes you can integrate classipress with an existing theme but it is just a very tedious job. It would be much better to start from scratch and just integrate the elements/functions of Classipress and again it still a lot of coding to do.
