I would like to see a manual payment. My visitors would use Epassporte.com So I would like to see is a manual payment where they can make payment via epassporte, by check or whatever and once payment is confirmed by me it is added to their account.

Hello Dave

We here in South Africa are not supported by PayPal - the irony being that PayPal was started by a South African - believe it or not. So a payment gateway that works for us here i.e., that supports South African Rands would be great. There is one that I know of - Setcom which works well and I know WorldPay also supports Rands, so consideration of these would be great.

Another option would be a generic payment API and let the community create more payments modules.
Probably a little more work, but I think it would pay off quickly.
