Dialxs , they have great coverage (http://www.dialxs.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; > coverage) and handle most things i need. (in most countries.. some even > 200!

Pay by phone, SMS , DirectBanking, CreditCard, Ukash, Wallie, prepaid cards, im running a wordpress site and intergrating multiple PSPs is a hassle!

Plus they have affiliate stuff intergrated!

I'm interested in create a system that can pay offline and receive a prepay code to post one ad on platform.

Before read all files on classipress i'm interested in some guideliness to make my work easier. There any doc on creating a new payment system.
