please help me with dashboard

i have install the script and i have followed everything from insall guide but this dashboard is giving me hard time.
when i click as admin and user on My Dashboard then there is no link and message come no page found.

You are using 'all in one seo pack'.
Try turning this off for the dashboard page.

is the .htaccess file in place? Make sure the old one - if there - is renamed. Sometimes if there's one there it may merge and give strange results.

Looks more like an htaccess problem than anything

You don't have friendly permalinks turned on so your dashboard, edit ad and author pages won't work properly.

Read the installation guide on how to change your permalinks so they are friendly. Not only will this fix them, it will dramatically help you with SEO because you'll have keywords in your url instead of numeric values.

i did that in the start but then it was showing errors when i was trying to see post. i have changed permalinks to
Custom Structure /%postname%/
how post shows errors along with dashboard.

its showing errors on all the categories as well.
