There isnt a way. This will hopefully be an option in a future release of wordpress but for now its not. For some odd reason wordpress decided to hard code all the file names and folders into the files, so the only way to change it is to edit each file in the
wp install. For those not counting there is almost 800 files inside a wordpress install.
They are plugins that claim to do this but i have never been able to get them to work right, or they dont mask the entire url but just hide it in a mist of letters and numbers.
