    Sub-Categories Going behind Listings

    Most of my categories are sub-categories so it cuts back on clutter on the front page.

    The weird thing that is happening when you hover the cursor on the Parent Category to show the sub-categories. The sub-categories go behind the listing that are on the page.

    If the sub-category list is longer than the list of ads on said page it will appear again. It is as if the drop down menu is going between the background and listings section. http://classifieds.dawsononline.ca

    Anyone know why this might be?

    Yours seem to be working properly. My drop down menus do not appear on top. They go behind the listings where they can't be seem.

    Re: Sub-Categories Going behind Listings

    I tried a couple thing out seeing if there was conflict some where.

    This is what I have found.

    If you Activate the theme for the first time on a new install of Wordpress or one that hasn't had this theme activated on it before the drop down menu for the categories WILL work before you save the configure, setting, and payment pages for the first time.
    Once you go through the configure, settings and payment pages and save them for the first time the Drop Down Menu for the Sub-categories STOPS working properly.

    Re: Sub-Categories Going behind Listings

    Hi there,
    I too had this issue for the category menu behind the body background

    I have now solved this issue by

    blue.css

    .main { border: solid 20px #EEEEEE; position: relative; width: 940px; }

    to

    .main { border: solid 20px #EEEEEE; position: center; width: 940px; }

    changing the position to center instead of relevent.
    Hope this helps
