As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Scroll not working after activation with Classipress
Wordpress: 4.0
Classipress: 3.3.2

I've just purchased and activated this infinite scroll but it doesn't work - http://www.rcboa.com/
Understandably I've changed some of the CSS around for displaying the listings so that might have soemthing to do with it then?

However then, my Classifieds part of the website (hidden to non-members so I can make you account if you wish) doesn't work either and I haven't messed around too much with the containing elements of the listings.
