BUG in the plugin

Hi,

I have found a bug in the plugin.

The bug is this:

When you add a new Cat page using the plugin - It adds a new count to which ever category you add it to.

So if I have a category called Beer and have 2 ads in this category and then add a Cat page to the category 'Beer' it increases the count by 1 in the Nav bar category menu for the category 'Beer'

This then makes it look like there should be 3 ads instead of 2.

Can you fix this please Mr Green?
