As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Google Ad Map
Hello Everyone. Can anyone tell me why the Google map in this advert is not showing correct location although the address from the pinned flag is stating the right address??
Isn't the advert supposed to automatically show the correct location when you fill in the address boxes?
