not charge the order , can make conflict with verify user????

I have installed Classipress 4.1.3 on my website...... and i have a problem with order .... some times when the customers order the futured option , the add have the futured stick some times not workand listing like normal ads ..... I noticed that once it works, the next time it doesn't work and so on. By princing model i put to charge only for featured and membership not required how you write in forum .... my website have around 300 customers and around 400 ads , before i make it by Some customers futured sticky manual from edit ads . I checked all plugins to deactivate because i think first time make some conflict but i dont find nothing....only wich i dont checked was the
seo plugin and the security plugin ( can be maybe from this?)
My question its why it’s happening this ???? Because by another website from me work perfect only problem .... i read in forum maybe can be a problem from database ???
