Go Button Not in right place & Other Stuff

Hi -- read through other posts, but I just bought ClassiSky today and I have the go button out of place. I made the search smaller which hasn't helped. I'll try making categories smaller but haven't found where to do that yet.

Also, I'm using the blue theme and trying to change the colour to fit our corporate colours. I need everything that is blue to be #003d6b. I have been able to make some of the text changes but cannot figure out most of it. I've been using firebug to help, which isn't helping.

Also, logo at the top shrinks to become really tiny and floats to the left when scaling to mobile. Any chance display ads could be disabled in mobile mode?

And finally the blue gradient at the top in the header I would like removed.
