Ability to let user submit to just one store

Is there a way in which you can let users always submit to just one store i.e the one they create when they're submitting their first coupon.

So to break it down it would work like this.

    - User A registers on the site
    - Shares a coupon and is presented with the form with the Add new store field (no dropdown of other stores)
    - Shares his coupon and it goes to moderation / live
    - Comes back with another coupon same hour / day / week / month / year and on the share coupon form the stores dropdown would list the store he initially created or the option to create a new store.

Is this possible to do at the moment with some easy code tweaking ?

Thanks in advance for your help
