AppThemes and WordPress SEO by Yoast

Hi,

My initial post about this issue seems to have been taken over with a discussion of site maps.

I have Clipper and JobRoller and both use post Tags but also theme-specific taxonomy tags such as Job Tag and Coupon Tags etc.

I need to be able to use these specific theme tags in the TITLES settings of the SEO Plugin instead of just plain %%TAG%%.

Is there a way of doing this?
