    clipper membership usage options

    Can Clipper membership be utilized to send special offers to members that I control. I don't need the members to be able to post ads.

    My current site displays coupons from business owners that are printable. These coupons are from a print flyer we distribute locally - i need to get more interaction on website. http://www.quintecoupons.ca
