    HELP: Locked Out of Back Office

    Please help. I accidentally locked myself out of my clipper site back office. I have searched this forum and google for a solution however all i can come across are threads with the same problem some reported as fixed but with no results on the steps taken to fix it.

    I have tried to rename the clipper folder via FTP which allows me access to my wordpress admin however once i rename the clipper folder back to the original folder name it locks me out again.

    Can someone please provide me some step-by-step instructions to fix this please?
