How to add a custom taxonomy in coupons

Hi,

I want to add a custom taxonomy [ location ] in add new coupons admin apart from the default category and want to show it in the sidebar or menu. So that people can search coupons by location. I have been searching for some plugins for the last two days but in vain.

Kindly advise how to achieve this.
