How to tweet every posted coupon automatically?
I have just soft-launched a website using Clipper called ShirtDeck, which is a coupon website for small and indie clothing brands. You can check it out at
ShirtDeck.com (I haven't made many alterations for the look as of yet).
I was hoping it would be possible to tweet every coupon that was submitted automatically. By this I mean: someone submits a coupon, I approve it, it is then auto-tweeted using a plugin like
WP-to-Twitter or something similar.
The problem I've encountered is that the
WP-to-Twitter plugin doesn't recognise the coupons as their own category, it only wants to tweet things from the blog. I realise that this is outside of the capability of Clipper as a theme, but I was hoping that someone else with more technical know how than me was aiming for the same functionality and found a workaround or a Wordpress>Twitter plugin that worked for this.
