Idea: ability to manage subscription list in user account

Hi guys,

I have an idea, might it will be very hard to implement, but it's good feature for users who subscribed on email newsletter.

General idea: make in account list with all stores, with ability select stores for which user want to receive updates. This feature have all giants in coupon sites. It's very usefull for users.

Maybe you already thought about this. Or if you know how to implement this - can you write me short instructions.
