Indexing / SEO Issue (Help)

I use the FLATTER theme (with CLIPPER) and over the past 2 days all of a sudden I have a massive increase in GOOGLE organic traffic to COUPON pages that don't exist.

Example BELOW: of ACTIVE searches being done on my site and the pages they are on. My Coupon Directory is being indexed all of a sudden. FIRST is this bad for SEO purposes? I assume so. I generally just want my STORE pages to be indexed and ranked. How do I solve this? NO FOLLOW in ROBOX.txt?
