    Remove Entire Footer Widget Area?

    I've seen a few posts/questions about this, but never saw it answered directly..how do I remove the entire Footer Widget option: http://screencast.com/t/MdaN09eiG8 I don't just want to remove the text, I want to remove the whole section & have the bottom of the site more up?

    At the moment, I haven't found anything that I like right away to display in the footer, so would rather just turn this feature off.
