Search bar doesn't suggest stores which has no coupons

When i search for stores, i can see all the stores with coupons in them being shown in search results. However, if there is no coupon, the search doesn't pull up the store.

I guess a better way would be to show the store results with 0 coupons than show no results found. This way the visitor knows that we are covering the store for which he / she is looking around.
