    Store Affiliate Id's

I have a question, I just need a yes or no.

    In Clipper Theme.

I have plugins installed for various affiliates, cj, shareasale, etc...

Coupons are populating. When I click on a coupon I can see my affiliate ID, which I thought was supposed to be cloaked.

But my main question is this.

When I go to a "store" and click on the "store" link, since I have all of my affiliate ID's listed and stores are being created automatically, do I still need to go in and add my affiliate ID's to each "store" to make sure they monetize for me?

Thank you in advance for your replie(s)
