Support for Sub-categories

Hello People,

I want to customize how stores are displayed (default is in alphabetical order).

Option 1 - Sub-stores
With this option I want to be able to have sub-stores (like a store department)

Each store (category) has sub-stores (sub-categories).
When I click a store the sub-stores appear (jquery toggle)

Option 2 - Text Headlines
In this option I want to sort stores under headlines

For instance,
Headline 1: Red Coupons
Headline 2: Blue Coupons
Headline 3: Green Coupons

When creating a new store I want to be able to select
under which "headline" the store appears.
