want to have stores in different categories (folders) if possible

hello there,

I have been playing with the custom posts and custom taxonomies to try to get stores and coupons to load under another taxonomy as well.

Like for example, the default www.url.com/stores/pizzahut.com will work as normal, but I would also like the option to have something like www.url.com/stores-a/amazon.com.

I would assume that I would need to create a coupons-a sub custom post as well, that is no problem...Reason I am asking is because when I start loading a couple of stores it really starts to cause a strain on my server, having them spread out like this will alleviate some of the stress on the server and not have to scroll down several hundred/thousand stores just to add a coupon.
