    New user is not going to register

    I am using classipress free theme since 2017 i am using user registration custom form. But recently i buy "confirm-email" plugin and now i want to use default user registration form. but when someone fill registration form and submit its not register without any error. After press register button its just redirect to login page and user and admin both side no email notification recieve. It's just doing nothing.

    Other hand when i installed test classipress subdomain and installed fresh classipress theme and installed plugin its working perfect.

    Note: My site is www.pkwhistle.com and currently i am using user register custom plugin not default
    Please help me what i should do.
