Spammers still fly through
I installed the plugin, translated the .pot, tested the plugin: yes, I needed to conform my account.
Before I confirmed I was listed in the admin-area as a pending user.
After confirmation the pending-label was removed.
So I am very surprised that spammers still march on and either avoid the plugin or do confirm their email.
I had three within a few hours.
An "automatically remove users without ads who listed over ... days ago" or something like that functionality inside CP would work better.
This plugin is not doing the job is it supposed to do at all.
