As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

CLS issue: more than 0.25 (desktop) and home page not loading properly
Hello,
I am using Coups theme on my site dealvwant.com
After installing the theme, I got some issues.
1) Frequently I am getting JetPack site monitoring error. It gives my site went down. When I check the site, it is live. But the home page is not loading properly. Remaining pages like store pages working fine. Only home page getting issues.
2) I am getting CLS more than 1.0 which is very bad. Can you please tell me what is the reason for this? Consider the example URL https://dealvwant.com/store/10web-coupon/
