how to enable affiliate link to open when user click on coupon code

hi,

i have installed clipper theme and cupos child theme along with the filter you have suggested.

now i have two issues:

1) i want to open affiliate link in new tab as soon as user click on coupon code button, at the same time coupon code should get display on popup window with option to copy the code along with title of the coupon. if i enable "Open outbound coupon links in a new browser tab" provided in settings i does open url into new tab but doesn;t open popup window. i want to the options.

2) second issues related to filter. if i click on load more coupon link on home page it opens the coupon page but doesn;t display filter on top of the page (on home page it is coming). but if i select any category from my right side form it is displaying the filters. all the check box on the filter settings are selected.
