As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Addon price display on checkout
Just flagging this one although it's not a big issue but might get some users confused before they proceed to Checkout.

Image 1 shows the Price table in the Preview step of the ad submission, notice the fees for Bump Ad and Featured Ad

Image 2 is the pre-final step that shows the Addons are free because they are included

I'm just concerned with the Preview page where it does lead to hesitation because of the price labels even though the Total Amount Due is accurate.
