Featured Listings and VIP Listings Not Working

I have updated the plugin but now I am having two new problems -

First - The featured listings still aren't working correctly. When the featured option is selected/purchased its not showing the ad as 'Featured' or highlighted unless I go in manually and select the checkbox within the ad. Here is how it should be showing and how its now showing:

Second - With this latest update, now the VIP slider isn't working correctly. When a new ad is placed as a VIP, it is deleting the other ads so only 1 VIP is showing... the slider and other ads are gone. I updated each of the ads manually thinking that they might just need to be restarted again after the update, but it only worked until a new ad was placed and then it again deleted the other current ads that should be showing.
