    Featured listings not working?

    My two plans have Feature on Category and Feature on Homepage enabled. However, when I upgrade a listing, the featured tag is not added to the listing and the Featured do not sort to the top. The system doesn't seem to recognize that they are featured. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks!
