As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

"Upgrade Ad" feature privacy option
Hi dikiyforester,

I just noticed that any logged-in users can upgrade the ads of others via "Upgrade Ad". That can lead to undesired consequences in some cases. Is there an option to limit the use of "Upgrade Ad" feature to the ad owners ONLY?

For example, When someone clicks "Upgrade Ad", the message pops up, saying "You must be the logged-in owner of the ad to upgrade the ad"???
