    Are affiliate links ad-based?

    I have a question. I want to add an affiliate program to my CP site but was looking to based the commission on ads rather than client or uplink. In other words, if person A placed an ad, he would get a link to that ad. Person B also places an ad and gets a link to that ad. Person C clicks through to Person A's ad, person A gets commission related to that ad. Person C then clicks through to Person B's ad, person B gets commission related to that ad. Or, in a lesser scenario, a person could join under multiple uplinks, or change uplinks whenever he likes. I hope I've made myself clear. Thanks.
