*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Hi,

I assume since the 5.8 WP or CP 4.2.6 update something is off with CRITIC.

The admin gets a copy of the email "Please moderate review on: ..." and that is all fine. BUT at the same time another copy of the same email is send to the listing owner, before the rating is approved. That should not happen (SPAM!)
Please advice how to get the ratings moderated and the user does not see anything (or gets an email) before it is approved

PLEASE, DO NOT ANSWER WITH "I WILL GET BACK TO YOU" and then never react again...just get back with an answer please. The usual response is not helpful.
