How to set by default target="_blank" rel="nofollow" html tag in description field

    Hello:

How can i set by default target="_blank" rel="nofollow" html tag in description field for all link added. So whenever any user add any URL in the description field, then target="_blank" rel="nofollow" html tag will automatically add under the link.

Appreciate your quick reply on this.
