    Header as is in demo page

    Hi

    I want to have menu next to my logo as it is in your demo page, also please help me in the following

    1. How do I make the logo & menu be fixed on top alway
    2. On my home page I have your ad in deal.jpg
    3. I am not able to find any documantation/help for your theme
