As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Directory child theme is not working properly
Hi,

My Directory Child theme is not working properly at all. The map is not working properly, its located on the footer instead on its original location at homepage. Then when you click the specific list, the map is not working too.
The slide of list is not working too.
The Main Footer is not working at all.

I installed first the Appthemes Vantage Theme, then install the directory child theme. The vantage theme is working properly,but when I activated the directory child theme, the whole site is not ok. Just use it yesterday.
