As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Drop down menu issue
in sub-menu ul there is a drop down issue.. the breadcrumb container causes the dropdown not to stay visible on mouse over hovering beyond the breadcrumb area.
Adjusting z-index of #main-navigation ul.sub-menu to something like z-index: 500; solves the issue. the ul sub-menu stays visible now.
