    dumb question about importing excel database for initial listings

    so lets say i have a b rand new site and want to upload some contacts for listings into it to help get things rolling. say i want this information for each listing: the name of the company, full address, website address, phone

    do you have some pointers on how to do this c orrectly or can you point me in the right direction please?
