As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Featured Event Slider - Not updating
Hello,

I have purchased directory in the last few weeks and almost have my site up and running - however, I have noticed that other than the initial events I have labeled as featured, events selected as featured on the home page do not display in the slider.

I have deleted one from the featured listings and it went away, however, I continued to update other listings to featured on home page and non of them display in the slider.

Any suggestions?
