As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Grid mode, listing not showing properley
Hi Spartac

Sometime on my homepage in grid mode my listing do not appear as they should and have some empty spots in between. I have checked and there is no advertising between listing allowed. It is funny as it happens some time and not all the time. I suspect may be due to random listings being displayed. I have tried to shorten the address for listings. Please see attached screen. My site is www.apkaindore.com
