As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Issue with Directory
Hi Spartact
Hope you are very well!

Recently I noticed that I am not able to upload images to the media gallery, I am not able to click on the screen options tab of WP admin, Yoast SEO tab is not displaying on posts, etc
I disabled Directory and activated Vantage and all the problems fixed.

When I enable Directoy again problems show again.
