    simple responsive theme and display geo distance plugin

    I have the simple responsive theme. I want to know if they are compatible. I do not see any difference. The only difference is that is asking to enable the location and nothing else. I do not see the distance on the ads. And I can not choose distance on refine search(I use cp_state as city and is a drop down list). With what custom fields is used? I have also activated the default classipress theme and still I can not see any changes
    Please help
