As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

On Mobile Phone- Cannot override address to someplace that is not my current location
Hello- I'm having issues with overriding the "Near" field when I view the site on my mobile phone (Android).

My current address automatically populates in the "Near" field. I would like to enter in a different address to the near field. When I click on the end spot in the Near field and start back spacing it just keeps looping the address back in-- therefore it never lets me delete the entire field so I can enter in a new address. I've also tried clicking in the middle of the near field and typing numbers and it jumps it to the end and only shows one of the numbers at a time.

Please let me know what can be done to allow a user to override the autopopulated address in the near field on a mobile phone.
