As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Not Working Also
Hello, i have purchased plugin and it is not working correctly. i have tried several variations of "Using Directory Child Theme?
Or, place the GEO display at top of lising?" and "Use Google CDN jQuery?" and still no luck getting the location to auto populate in the search bar. With some variations of yes and no it will kill my map and not show any map. I'm also using a appthemes city select plug in that i would like to use along with your plugin. i disable the city select plug in and yours still won't work. any help would be appreciated.
