As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

the 125x125 widget ad space
i love this ad space you created but am having an issue. potential advertisers think the space for their ad is too small. i currently make them 125x125. i am launching a new site and tried some that are 250x100. instead of displaying one on top of the other like i need, they are being compressed into that 125x125 size square. i really need to be able to offer the other size that can go across that entire space on the side and advertisers will like it. thank you spartac and have a great day, mark
